Queen Bz Catering and More was founded in 2020 when Covid was REAL! My daughter’s were in the back yard selling plates. We then formed a business called Hibachi on the Go where we were able to ensure every bellies were filled. We enjoyed cooking so much we decided to introduce more than just Hibachi, we wanted everyone to experience the taste of every culture. I decided to travel to learn more than what I was use to cooking for my family and have mastered cuisines from Italian to Hispanic… One of my first events is pictured! An amazing journey thus far.
